Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. It may take a couple of days to process and pack orders (it's a one-person operation and everything is done by hand, so bear with me!). 

You'll get an email notification once your order is in the post.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery once items are despatched.

We can ship all products (other than 500ml bottles of hand sanitiser) to anywhere in the UK covered by Royal Mail (including Northern Ireland), as well as to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

We use packaging that is both secure and sustainable. We strive to ensure that as much of our packaging materials as possible are recyclable and most are made from recycled materials. We avoid plastic where possible.

The containers for our products are reusable and recyclable.

Due to restrictions on the posting of flammable liquids, orders containing hand sanitiser will be despatched with a maximum of four 50ml bottles to a box. Larger orders will need to be separated into multiple boxes. For the same reason, we are not able to send hand sanitiser liquid in bottles larger than 150ml by post.

We may also need to separate mixed orders (of soap and sanitiser) into multiple packages.

We can send our 500ml hand sanitiser only by courier and only within mainland Great Britain. Additional charges apply.

Due to a combination of:

- being a small business;

- rules on the transport of flammable liquids;

- VAT issues; and

- Brexit (with the UK leaving the EU Single Market),

we cannot currently sell or deliver goods to outside the UK. We are looking to do this in the future as the business expands. Thanks for your patience!

We can, however, sell and ship to Northern Ireland.
